Mindful Breastfeeding Support - I have been trained and qualified with the one and only Mindful Breastfeeding school. By understanding the importance of having a calm connected mind and body when breastfeeding, you can feel confident, informed, knowledgeable and relaxed when on your breastfeeding journey. I have 2 personal experiences in exclusive breastfeeding, combi feeding, expressing and formula feeding. 

You don't have to be exclusively breastfeeding, mindfulness is a great practise for all stages of parenthood and life. It has proven methods in creating better mental and physical health, creating better sleep patterns and more!

Private Antenatal online breastfeeding classes (3 hours total for previous clients/4 hours for new client)

  • Online price: £115 for new clients                                                                                                                                                  £75 for current/previous Hypnobirthing clients

     Face to face (from August) is £155 for new clients and £110 for current or previous clients.

     I will visit you at your home.

  • 2 sessions of 1.5 hours each (3 hour) or 2 sessions of 2 hours each (4 hour new client)

  • Mindful breastfeeding book and relaxation MP3S 

  • Understanding hormones and your brain

  • Journaling, affirmations and positive self talk 

  • How breastfeeding works and what to expect

  • Understanding latch and how to know if baby is getting enough milk

  • Breathing techniques 

  • What's normal

  • Guided relaxations

Private Postnatal support - Newborn upwards (1 hour sessions)

  •  Online: £36 per 1 hour session or £60 when booked at the same time. Two sessions are great for a follow up. 

        Face to face (from August) £50 per one hour session or £80 when booked at the same time.

  • Support, encouragement and positivity from a mum of 2

  • Looking and latch and positioning with you and your baby, helping you with comfort and any issues you may have around latch and positioning. 

  • Breath work

  • Guided relaxations 

  • Helping you carve out time for you

  • A listening ear

  • Knowing when to refer on
